Replica 1965 Honda Formula 1 mechanic's coveralls produced to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Honda's first win in Formula 1. We created these coveralls for Honda engineers to wear at the 2025 Mexican Grand Prix as they prepared the race-winning RA272 for demonstration laps ahead of the 2025 Mexican Grand Prix. Never intended to be offered to the public, but we decided to produce a Limited Edition for pre-order only.
We visited Honda's world famous museum in Motegi to examine an original vintage 1965 uniform up close. We took hundreds of photos and scores of measurements. High-resolution scans were utilized to precisely replicate all artwork. We brought color swatches and materials samples to ensure the fabric was spot on.Â
