At Vintage Culture, we want you to love your timeless finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
